60 Pieces for 60 Years: Celebrating Lamborghini's Design Evolution
Studio Caramel, a renowned multi-disciplinary design studio, has teamed up with Lamborghini Beirut to unveil “Hexaconta,” a breathtaking art piece commemorating six decades of groundbreaking automotive design. This collaboration brings together two worlds of craftsmanship and innovation, showcasing a unique blend of artistic and engineering prowess.
The art piece, named "Hexaconta," consists of 60 distinct pieces, each meticulously crafted to represent a year in Lamborghini’s storied history. These elements combine to form an abstract representation of a Lamborghini, not just as a vehicle, but as an icon housed within its own space - symbolizing both the car and its shelter.
Produced by the gifted artisans at Studio Caramel, “Hexaconta” pays tribute to the evolution of Lamborghini's designs, from the dynamic side vents reminiscent of the Aventador to the distinctive front lights inspired by the latest Revuelto. The sharp, aerodynamic lines echo the commanding presence of the Huracán, weaving together elements that speak volumes of Lamborghini’s design language.
Rami Bou Shdid, the lead designer from Studio Caramel, notes, "Each piece tells a story within Lamborghini’s rich design legacy, coming together in a tribute to its remarkable journey and the roads traversed over six decades."
The collaboration extended into Lamborghini Beirut’s body shop, where the precision of automotive craftsmanship met the artistic vision of Studio Caramel. Together, they have created not just an artwork but a narrative piece that encapsulates the spirit of Lamborghini’s innovation wrapped in its signature allure.
The unveiling of “Hexaconta” marks not only a milestone in collaborative creativity but also serves as a testament to Lamborghini’s enduring excellence and innovation in automotive design. This piece stands as a homage to the 60-year legacy of a brand that continues to redefine the boundaries of automotive engineering and aesthetic finesse.
